We are looking for tenants who will treat our house as their home. Responsibilities include:
- trash and recycling
- front and back yard maintenance
- snow shoveling in winter
- general respect to neighbors
- keeping house tidy
- minor house maintenance
- to notify landlord immediately of any needed repairs
